I purchased bases (feet) for existing metal display sides to my tent. They were not the correct size (they were labeled incorrectly on the website). I left a very bad review and someone got back to me that day after reading my review. They made it right in my opinion. I was given a full refund and a prepaid label to send everything that I ordered back! Excellent customer service!
