Good product but I am disappointed there aren't more discounts available for shipping. I contacted customer service directly and they would not match discount given by a competitor. You almost lost the sale to a competitor just for that reason. As a business owner I know you can't always sell your product for the same price as competition but your product was higher plus higher shipping.
