The automated process was great and the end product was perfect. Excellent quality. We needed expedited delivery and they managed to come through a day early. Our "art group representative" was miserable and treated our art director like a kindergartener. I got the feeling that because we delayed approval 1 day, that she was secretly hoping we wouldn't make our deadline. But they came through a day early, which I'm sure was production and not "art." I would use them again, but request a different representative.
