I had trouble finding a wall mount that would match my television. Not only did 'Displays2go' educate me on finding the correct mounting pattern but they delivered the rack I ordered when they said. At first all the pieces were a bit overwhelming, but the instructions were clear (plain language (English)) and within a couple hours and very little help from my wife (to lift the TV onto the mount) we were watching TV from a very different and better perspective. 100% satisfied
