Unit went together easily. It looks great on the desk, and holds the monitors securely. I like the cable guides; makes the installation even nicer looking. The unit is quite sturdy, well made. The instructions could have been a bit clearer or the drawings larger. The holder of the monitors was too loose to adequately hold the monitors in the proper position (tended to "droop"). Tightened a bolt and all was fixed.
