Online order was uneventful. Shipping was quick and well packaged. Assembly was easy, all hardware and rudimentary tools were included. Instructions had a small bug, but nothing that couldn't be quickly overcome. Customer service was patient and polite. Help Desk was quick with helpful responses. Definitely remember them for future purchases.
