The first chalk board arrived damaged. Because it was rather large and the packaging quite extensive, I dreaded having to box this thing up and ship it back. When I called customer service, they promptly sent me a new one. No need to return the damaged one, as it isn't cost effective to return it. I was relieved not to have to schlepp it back to UPS. They asked me to donate the first one, which I will do. Great customer service!!
