I experienced poor quality on both ends. I ordered 2. The tv mounts arrived. One was bent so i called customer care and they sent me another one which was also bent. The poor quality was 1st from the manufacturer and also on the shoulders of displays2go for not quality checking customers orders prior to shipping them. I've ordered things in the pass and they were great. I guess its a hit or miss when dealing with displays2go.:\ Update: Display2go refunded me for the broken tv mount. I gave 4 stars this time instead of 2 because display2go did send out a 3rd mount to try to solve my issue, reached out to me after my review to still try and solve my problem. 4 stars well deserved because you don't see this kind of customer service anymore. Displays2go care about their customers. I will shop there again. Thanks you display2go for you great customer service.
