When we initially inquired about purchasing an out of stock display stand, the guy I spoke with seemed like he couldn't tell me if, or when it would be back in stock, and I had to ask him several times whether or not they wanted to sell it to me. But after that initial encounter, the subsequent contact I had with their customer service has been positive. We did have to wait over a month for our stand to come from China, and then get inspected & stocked, but it shipped super fast, and was packed well (3 different boxes). It is a very nice quality. It was easy to put together, and feels solid. We use it for our bedroom 55" flat screen TV. Our dresser sits on the foot of the stand, and the support pole is behind the dresser. The TV fits perfectly above the dresser, and we did not have to put any holes in our wall. We live in California, and it looks like it could probably withstand an earthquake.
