not happy with the product. 1. S-hooks & chains are not included. the company should have in the paragraph to let customers know, not the bottom paragraph. why they called "Ceiling Hanging" but didn't come with the hanging? 2. the products are leak quality 3. the hooks are so small, cant handle well if the poster has even light weight. 4. the edge plastics for 4 sides of the aluminum. it is very bad. it doesn't work good at all.
