I turned to Display2go for 3 retractable banner stands, that are to be used for our trade show displays. I am not a graphic artist and did not have the ideal tools to work with, so I was very hesitant about spending this amount of money on the displays. Several things quickly allayed my fears. 1. Responsiveness of Customer Service: Every time I called the customer service number, I was able to quickly (within 3 minutes) and easily (no long directory to navigate) speak to a rep. With emails, responses were quick (within an hour) and detailed. 2. Knowledgeable Art Department Reps: While the templates and art instructions provided are very detailed, they can be intimidating especially for someone who is not familiar with Adobe Illustrator or PS, such as myself. The Art Department rep walked me through the key pitfalls, suggested software to use and called out areas of concern after I submitted my artwork, giving me ample opportunity to make corrections until I was comfortable with the out come (digital proof). 3. Quick Shipping, Quality Product: I received my displays exactly as advised by my sales rep, well-packaged and complete. Other than an odor (which I suspect comes from the imprinting process, which mostly dissipated after a day of airing out), the displays are as I expected. The hardware feels decent, it is not chintzy by any means but I think the trade-off between light-weight and somewhat thinner materials is acceptable.
