I actually placed an order for a display spinner at, what I thought was a very reasonable price. However when I went to check out and saw the shipping cost (lowest for ground delivery), I was shocked to see the shipping was about $7 less than the product. I went ahead and ordered,but after "sleeping on it", decided to cancel the order. I sent an email to customer service and the cancellation was taken care of promptly and with a great deal of courtesy. No questions asked - no hassle. Will I order again from Displays2go? Absolutely. I just wished that the shipping companies could provide better pricing and service.
