Ordered about 10 different products in quantity. Charged me 10.00 extra for broken case. Products were all listed in stock but 1. After no communication for 10 days I called and guy said its back ordered and will ship in 10 days. So we will see what happens in 10 days. Quick email response, $10.00 credit and immediate shipment of available products. I was surprised by initial result, because I am a long time customer and have always had great service. To be fair rep said the box was checked on website to ship all together, I never saw that option, I looked for a ship stocked items and over looked it. Thanks for fast response after review.
