I can't tell you how pleased I was with the customer service I received when trying to order a TV mount. Debbie took the time to explain to me (very patiently) how to convert mm into inches so I would be able to order the correct size. We had to do our corresponding on chat or email because I am deaf, and she took that into consideration when emailing me. She was able to help me get the correct TV mount ordered and I will be ordering another one for another TV soon. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. Just superb!!
