We've ordered multiple products from Displays2go and most have been good. When we had to return a few items we found out their restocking fee was really high. One of the items we purchased was 3 rotating banners. Out of the box these didn't work. Our engineers figured that they were top heavy. The team at Displays2go was good to work with. The believe they've found the issue and have replaced all three banners without issue.
