My order for the SINDLE8 arrived within two days of my initial order by standard mail. Even though I was obligated to return the order, [by no fault of the product, my organization, upon product arrival, realized that they did not need it] the Customer Service department went above and beyond to make sure that I was e-mailed a Return Form that I was able to complete, print, and attach to the returned product.
