The open sign I received was not the one displayed on the website. Customer service was amazing and the problem was solved with professionalism and quickly given the circumstances. I called Customer Service on Thursday before Easter week-end 2016 and was assured that I would here back by the following Tuesday. To address this problem the Customer Service Rep had to track this problem back to the warehouse. I had my response with a solution by Monday! Problem solved...job well done!
