The items I ordered for the bank I work for were on back order since around July. After emailing customer service, the representative Sharon promptly informed me they won't be available until mid-October (ugh). I requested she let me know when they are free again. She stated there was no automatic process for this and would check manually herself from time-to-time and try to keep me updated. I didn't expect much and continued to check on my own. A few months passed and I got an email from Sharon letting me know the items would be available to order soon. Not long thereafter, she sent a followup the day they were available again. Sharon went above and beyond her job and made my back-ordered item's ordering experience better than I could've imagined. Truly customer service at its best!
