We needed a rolling TV stand for a tradeshow. We ordered a well-rated stand, it arrived quickly, and the process was smooth. After getting the stand, we quickly realized that there were some parts missing and we were under a time crunch to get the parts in time for the tradeshow. The customer service department was on top of it, and had the parts to us the very next day. Great experience overall, very pleased.
