I received an immediate response letting me know that my order wouldn't arrive by the date requested based on the delivery method selected. The amazing customer service representatives, Francesca De La Cruz and Joan Dacosta still made sure that it was adjusted despite the fact that I wasn't able to return the call until a few minutes after the initial deadline to make the change. Thanks to them, I received everything on schedule! It's not that easy to find great customer service anymore, it's great to see that it still exists here! THANK YOU!!
