I placed an order for a single item and received it super fast. It was packed very securely, so as not to damage it, but there was a scratch on the face of the sign holder. I called customer service to make them aware of it. It wasn't that noticeable, but their packing slip says to call if there are any damages or defects. Because I only ordered 1 item, and the shipping cost was nearly half as much as the product, I told them it was fine, and didn't need for them to go to the expense of replacing it. They thanked me for be so understanding and ended up issuing me a full refund of the order- including the shipping cost- very generous! As a professional event planner, I do plan to do future business with Displays2Go.
