Update: Customer Service reached out to me following my review and did a great job in offering solutions for my frustrations. I look forward to working further with them in the future. 2/11/16 I needed nine 10x12 wooden frames (made in China) and added double mats from a craft store. In about half the cases, I had to trim the mats more than 1/8 of an inch to fit inside the frame. And because of the tight squeeze, small wooden slivers then fell onto the glass and had to be wiped out. It was time consuming. The glass in all of the frames was in good condition and the paint/color of the frames was true to the picture and to each other.
