After asking what my shipment status was, they finally got back to me a week after my order was placed letting me know my shipment was damaged and my order was cancelled. I asked for the order to be placed again, but they refused, stating "they had a new computer system" and it would not be possible to re-order, despite the fact that the item was readily available for order online.
