I was at first a little overwhelmed by the options on their site but was able, as a result, to find exactly what we needed. I ordered on a Monday and without paying for any special shipping it showed up only a few days later. The best part was that our signage piece was already full assembled, well packaged (nothing got broken in transit) and there were easy instructions for hanging. It looks beautiful and is exactly what we were hoping for. After a few back experiences with customer service at other places I was almost in shock how easy it was to order and receive exactly what I needed.
