I almost didn?t order from Displays2go based on the many negative reviews on many other review sites. However, most of the negative reviews were from dealing with their customer service. I was hoping my order would not need any calls to their customer service. My order was delivered by FedEx with any issues. The order was complete, luckily there were no missing or defective parts. The packaging could have been better because one of the pieces was rubbing on another and the black paint was scratched very badly. I didn?t want to deal with their customer service so the four start rating. 5-29-2015 I received a voicemail and e-mail reply back from Displays2go Customer Service with an offer for a part replacement. The requested photos of the damage to confirm the scratched parts. As I said before, I did not want to deal with their customer service based on previous reviews but it appears the customer service is much better now. I choose not to have the part replaced because the part is in back where you wouldn?t normally see it. This was on a mobile TV stand and it has a 100LB monitor mounted on it. It would be too much work to unmount the monitor, disassemble the stand and ship it back for replacement. I can?t comment on parts replacement because I haven?t experienced that aspect of their customer service. However, I will recommend Displays2go to others and will purchase from them in the future.
