My order was painless and shipped in a timely manner. HOWEVER: the packing used to ship my order was LESS than acceptable-very cheaply and poorly done, which resulted in a small damaged spot on the sign. This was a PACKAGING issue, NOT a carrier (FedEx) issue. I didn't bother to claim it because it does not affect the function of the sign, but I know it's there. Honestly, when I opened the package, I expected it to be in pieces! Other than that, I had no issues with my order, and should the need arise, I will probably order from D2G again.
