I had two wire displays delivered (I'm a writer and these were needed to display my books) and one had a broken weld. No questions asked! They sent a replacement at no charge and it arrived in just a couple of days. (Now retired, I used to own an ad agency and this was the ONLY vendor in this category that we trusted.)
