The website was easy to navigate. I was able to order what I needed with ease. When I realized that our package hadn't arrived, I called Displays2Go and the staff was very helpful in trying to resolve my issue. When it was discovered that my package had been delivered to the wrong place, they contacted FedEx to initiate a driver investigation. Many places will not take that step, they would just tell me that *I* needed to contact FedEx because the problem was with FedEx's service and not theirs. Thankfully, our package was located and everything was fine. I highly recommend this company and would definitely work with them again when I am in the market for their types of products.
