I had an excellent experience with their customer service when I called regarding an easel I ordered. One of the legs of the easel looked like it had been scuffed prior to shipping. The team responded really quickly and the process was smooth. The four out of five stars is because the holes drilled into the easel to put it together were poorly done. What should've been an extremely easy process of construction became a very difficult process as the easel could not be constructed because the holes were not allowing the bolts and screws to be properly placed.
