Product we ordered is good and shipping was prompt. The only reason why I down-rated them by a star is that the display rack is shipped in two separate boxes, and the cost of shipping is high, $16.15/display. So even though the cost of the individual display is reasonable, by the time shipping is added, it's not so great.
