Customer service answered all of my questions and the twist up display arrived quickly. It was easy to put together. The plastic ?window panes? even have their own storage bag. I would recommend that if you buy one, use the styrofoam sheeting to cut some small sheets to protect the panes when you slide it in and out of the bag, it?s a bit tight with the magnet strips attached to the panes.
