Displays2go shipped my order very promptly. The provided tracking # indicated our 2 items were received by FedEx. After several days of tracking & not seeing any updates, I sent 2 e-mails to Displays2go's customers service e-mail address found at the bottom of their web site. Both e-mails came back as undeliverable. Not a good thing! Fortunantely ONE of our 2 pieces arrived before I attempted a phone call to complain. FedEx failed to deliver both packages together. A phone call to them assured me the second package was on the truck for delivery that day, & it was. The inability to get my e-mails thru has left a "bad taste in my mouth".
