We are using our door display holders at our Food Pantry for signage and to create a nicer environment for our clients. They look great. However, the suction cups do not stick on a frosted door, even though one side is non-frosted. It fell off and is now broken and unusable. You may want to test this and advise your clients not to use it on that kind of surface.
