I posted a very poor review yesterday regarding my problems with my password and felt it was only fair to update my review today. I was contacted within 24 hours by a Customer Service Supervisor and my problem was resolved by P Sousa at Displays2go. She had the IT department remove the security questions and I was able to reset my password. First rate customer service and really prompt handling of customer problems. Thank you for all your assistance in getting me access to my account and it is great to know that companies do monitor their customer opinions and reviews. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of display products. I had no problem with my order. It was easy to purchase and the items came quickly. My problem began when I tried to log-in to print an invoice for our business department. I had forgotten my password so the company sent me an email to reset it. I tried to reset it but it kept saying that my answer to my security question was incorrect. I knew that my answer was correct as I printed out the page where I had signed up and double checked that I typed the correct answer. I had typed it correctly so I contacted the Chat Line. Sean H. was as helpful as he was able to be with the system. He informed me that they had no control over the accounts and so there was nothing that could be done to reset my account but I could set up another account with a different email. I only have one work email and there is no way to set up another one. This means that in effect I cannot place any other orders with your company if I want to keep track of my account and not use a guest account. I have dealt with hundreds of other companies and have never had this issue before. There should be some way to reset an account especially as there seems to be a glitch in the system that doesn't recognize the correct answer to one's security question.
