Service went very well and we received the InfoPaks right away. There is still the same issue with the damaged units per case, which turns out to be 5 to 8 damaged units per case of 20. I have spoken to InfoPak International, to make them aware of this issue. The ONLY shipment that did not yield any danged units was the replacement shipment, but that was because those units were packaged with bubblewrap around all sides of the units, before they were put into the carton.
