Customer service is excellent. I received my 2 display boxes quickly. Unfortunately, both arrived with broken hinges (acrylic snapped/shattered). They sent me 2 more displays and told me to keep the originals. One of the new ones also had a broken hinge, but I will just glue it and hope for the best.
