Ordered a magnetic glass black board. Unfortunately it shattered when taking it out of box. Contacted Displays 2 Go and was informed that they would replace with no hassle--I was not demanding, just asking and they were very gracious. The replacement arrived intact and is hanging in my office and looks great!
