I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked out for me! I am actually using it in my home. It's very, very heavy, which explains I guess the shipping cost as it had to come freight. 1 person could NOT have assembled this, definitely needs 2 people if one is taller and stronger than the other. But the directions were fantastic, all pieces included, while detailed, it was very easy to do. I ordered on a Saturday night and had it by Thursday, so that was impressive considering I am still waiting on other things going regular mail that I ordered 30 days ago!
