We ordered a 16x16" acrylic display to securely exhibit a fine art piece in our gallery. Although the original display arrived with a slight crack, customer service was nothing but helpful and courteous in swiftly addressing the issue and sending a replacement. We will definitely order from Displays2Go in the future!
