The first sidewalk sign I ordered arrived bent/damaged which I am positive happened in shipping. I contacted Displays2Go to find out what my options were and included pictures with my email. Displays2Go sent me another sidewalk sign immediately and did not want the damaged one back. They told me to use it for spare parts. It is so refreshing to receive great customer service!
