After receiving a case that had a slight issue with the plastic coming apart at the bottom of the piece, I e mailed customer service and asked what type of glue I could use to fix the problem. After sending pictures, I was told not to glue the piece, but rather, I'd receive a replacement. This was amazing! These folks stand by their work, and will do their best to make a customer happy. I'm extremely pleased with Displays2Go, and am loving my new display case for my statue.
