Fast delivery and the items came nicely packaged and without damage. The clamp holder is spring loaded and holds the iPad air very nicely.... it took a few moments to understand the clamping mechanism - but is second nature and very easy to use now. I bought the floor stand and folding desk top stand - both are very easy to use - it makes working multiple devices and reading in a chair/bed much easier.
