My experience with Displays to go was very good, however the replacement part that I purchased does not quite fit. I bought the replacement retractable pole. It fits on the top of the banner, but the opening isn’t big enough to fit at the bottom. The original banner was purchased through another source. Which could be the reason there is a slight difference in the pole diameter.
