The live chat rep said they do not provide spare parts. Extremely disheartening, and horrible business. What if a customer has an accident? Glass breaks, and needs to be replaced. Is everyone just SOL? I've had to replace tempered glass before. It's not unusual, and for other companies its been a quick transaction, no problem. How do these guys have any customers? I can't trust their products.
