Helpful and friendly staff. I accidentally processed my order twice. I didn't realise until checking my bank transactions by which time the 1st order had arrived. Katie emailed me to say she noticed two orders of the same and held off on processing the second one until I had confirmed it. When I let her know it was a mistake she processed a refund immediately and responded to emails promptly. My order also arrived quickly. Will be using this company again.
