“My first time of ordering from this company, for my home-bar, but it was very easy and my order was ready for collection within a few days, this was because it was a bank holiday. I preferred to pick up my order. Which led to a purchase of some bar snacks too. Friendly staff. Even had some alcoholic tasters at the counter for the customers. Reasonable prices and would use again.”

“Three days late. That's quite a shame, isn't it? Instead of saying "sorry", if next time an operator sends a message - our junk van didn't make it or our new "stupid" driver didn't find your address - that can be excused, but like this ??!??”

I sincerely apologise again that your parcel was delayed, and I completely understand your frustration with this situation. I can confirm this delay was due to a redirect to a new address during the first delivery, the parcel was then sent back to the depot to be re-labelled and scanned ready for delivery to the new address.
