Still waiting for my order as something happened with the delivery from DPD. So yet to taste any of my rum order😠

Hi Richard Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear you haven’t received your order yet — I completely understand how frustrating that is. I’ve checked your order, and I wanted to clarify a couple of details to avoid any confusion. Your order was placed at 9:20pm, which is after our cut-off time (12pm) for same-day dispatch. You selected our Express Delivery option, which is stated on our website as a 1–2 day service, depending on the time the order is placed. Because of the late evening order time, your parcel was scheduled for dispatch this afternoon, with delivery expected tomorrow or Monday. Weekend delivery is available, but it carries an additional charge. Thank you for your patience, we hope you enjoy your rum as soon as it arrives. Placed huge order only to get some of it incorrectly delivered, I’ve had to wait for re-delivery was told to return incorrect item, driver wouldn’t take it, not impressed as still waiting to find out what to do

Delivered on time. However, all three bottles were very dusty and the security cover around the stopper on one bottle was detatched. Does not inspire confidence.

Ordered in a Tuesday and paid extra for next working day as I had party on Friday, Wine arrived on Saturday, not impressed.

Was asked to pay for next day delivery, and it did not arrive next day. So why did I pay extra for next day delivery?!?

Hi Himesh, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about your frustration. I’d like to clarify that our cut-off time for next working day delivery is 12pm. Since your order was placed at 2pm on 26th March, it was processed on the following day, 27th March, and subsequently delivered to you on the 28th, which is indeed the next working day. We do make an effort to notify customers of this cut-off time at the checkout, and I apologise if this wasn't clear.
