Their customer service does not listen. Doesn't help. Literally asked them to fix the delivery info but they didn't do anything!!! I had to fix it MYSELF since DHL couldn't find my location. Now my "express" shipment is gonna be almost a week delayed. Super bad experience!!! Expected more as a first time buyer. I even got a huge haul because I thought this brand was great. .
