“I like the design and feel of the shirt, but the fit is sort of weird. It's very short and kind of loose. The description calls it normal length, but it's basically a crop top, especially if I sized down to get it as fitted as I'd like. Exchanges aren't free so it's not bad enough to pay to try another size. Bummer!”

Wenn man heftige Angebote findet, kann man schon mal zugreifen, aber den vollen Preis würde ich nicht bezahlen. Der unique selling point ist halt der Stil, den man nicht überall findet.”

“Ich bin bisher immer zufrieden mit Disturbia. Sowohl mit der Kleidung selbst (auch wenn ich hier und da Probleme mit den Größen habe - aber das ist ja normal) als auch mit der Lieferung. Erfolgt immer schnell. Mir wurde aus der Packstation etwas geklaut, auch hier ist disturbia eingesprungen und hat den Artikel noch ein Mal gesendet. Rücksendungen liefen bisher auch unproblematisch, auch wenn man den Versand selbst zahlt. Ist halt ne Entscheidung. Der Kontakt mit dem Support war bisher auch immer super und schnell, ich kann wirklich überhaupt nichts schlechtes über den shop sagen. Ich werde wieder bestellen ;-)”

“18 business days from order to receipt. 13 business days between order/label creation and drop off to FedEx. No info on product page or via email about why there would be a 13 day shipping delay. Anyway, not an inconvenience to me in this situation but annoying. Boots are lovely though. Not sure I'll be back :/”
“My first order arrived within 5 days of purchase. My second order that I got expedited shipping hasn't even left the facility and I ordered 4 days ago. Online it states that items will be shipped same day if ordered before 4 o clock. Now my shipping lable has been printed since day one but no other updates from Disturbia or the shipping provider stating that it is on its way...”

“Business could be improved by stocking more of sizes 18-20. They sell out continuously before other sizes due to the lack of stock and belief that plus sizes are profitable. Launching collections with these sizes included from the start would also be a better move, than making your larger sizes wait months to get maybe 1 or 2 items from a newer collection due to not making every item in those sizes. The offerings have increased, but not as quickly or as plentiful as the straight sizes offered. Prices also could be a bit lower and more competitive. The quality of the items don't justify the prices, as premium materials and craftsmanship are not being utilized to justify the price points that have been set.”
