“Postal service is really speedy, but the item I bought for my size 8 daughter arrived much more like a size 4, I then exchanged for a 10 and it would still fit a child. Now I've run out of time beofre her birthday to put it right by ordering a 12 (which again might be too small) so will have to wrap the 10 up for her and explain what's happened and that I'll exchange again.”
