Never had issues in the past, but was having issues with my most recent order. I tried the online process to return 2 out of the 5 items I purchased and was unable to generate a return label. I tried on my phone, laptop, and my desktop and had no luck. Reached out to customer service who told me to send the return on my own, but that I had to reach out again to inform them when it was delivered because the returns and warehouse are two separate places and did not have access to each other's information. Just seemed too complicated when they could have just manually pushed my return through on their end. I did not trust the way they told me to send the return so now I am stuck with two items that run at least 2 sizes too big. Don't support this company, just avoid at all costs.
